1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Right On Time Delivery LLC.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” means the individual or entity requesting our logistics or delivery services.
“Goods” means the items or products being transported or delivered.

2. Services Provided
Right On Time Delivery LLC offers courier, freight, and logistics solutions including but not limited to:
- Local and long-distance delivery
- Time-sensitive transportation
- Scheduled and on-demand pickups
We reserve the right to refuse service for any items deemed unsafe, illegal, or non-compliant with applicable regulations.
3. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information about pickup and delivery locations, contact persons, and shipment details.
- Ensure that items are properly packaged and labeled.
- Comply with all laws regarding the shipment and transportation of goods.

4. Delivery Timeframes
​
We strive to meet all scheduled delivery times. However, delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Fees and Payment
​
- Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Liability
​
- Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or $100 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We are not responsible for:
- Acts of God or natural disasters
- Delays caused by third parties
- Improper packaging by the client
Additional insurance may be purchased upon request.

7. Claims

All claims for damage or loss must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.

8. Prohibited Items
​
Clients must not ship items that are:
- Illegal under federal, state, or local law
- Hazardous or flammable without proper documentation
- Live animals (unless agreed upon in writing)
- Perishable goods without proper packaging

9. Termination
​
We may terminate or suspend services at any time if you breach these terms or for operational reasons. You may cancel service with reasonable notice, subject to applicable cancellation fees.

10. Governing Law
​
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications
